The guests of the gite will have access to the common place l'Orangerie and its terrace (music, reading, laser cinema, games...) as well as to all the gardens.

A former 16th century manor house, Le Beaupré can accommodate up to 9 people. Its crossing living room opens its large bay window on a private bamboo terrace of 30M² at the foot of the Kerjean Lighthouse and the surrounding nature.

Equipped with 4 bedrooms, high quality bedding and an extra sofa bed.

On the ground floor: 1 bedroom with double Queen Size bed + 1 bathroom, accessible to people with reduced mobility (PMR).

Upstairs: 1 master suite with private bathroom and 1 double Queen Size bed. 2 bedrooms equipped with 4 twin beds that can be converted into 2 double King Size beds with 1 shared bathroom.

The guests of the lodging will have access to the common place l'Orangerie and its terrace (music, reading, laser cinema, games...) as well as to all the gardens, orchard and vegetable garden of the property.

L'Orangerie is a singular cultural place open to the guests of the gites during the summer season (musical instruments, vinyls, books, comics, cinema, games...).

This space of 70M² is available for rent from September 15 to June 15, completely renovated in compliance with ERP standards, accessible to people with reduced mobility. It is intended for companies, associations and artists, up to 20 people. It includes a vestibule and sanitary facilities as well as an outdoor bamboo terrace of 40 M². A 4K HDI laser projector as well as a giant electric screen (3 meters base) are available.

Facilities: Wood stove, zinc bar-counter, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, induction plate, 6 folding tables, 20 folding chairs, sofa & club chair.
